Liturgical Living

It is such a blessing to weave my greatest passions of art and creativity, my children and homeschooling them, being a stay at home mom and our desire as a family to live more intentional lives for our Lord that make up Liturgical Living.

Liturgical Living is living our faith in every aspect of our lives. It allows us to celebrate the saints to allow them be the role models for us and our children instead of the role models that the world lifts up. Liturgical living gives our lives such fulfilling meaning through Christ, and it also balance through the ebbs and flows and peaks and valleys that the Liturgical year offers. It empowers our Catholic faith and anchors us. Weaving our lives with the faith creates greater unity with Christ and it brings joy, hope, love and peace into a home.

Liturgical Living is a lifelong process that changes and grows along with the seasons of our lives. Each Liturgical season, Feast, Saint and month is intended to build on and grow on, intended to inspire you for more Liturgical Living little by little, feast by feast to encourage how we live our lives every day, and hopefully every moment for Christ with a vast array of creative ideas! There is a saint we can celebrate, every day, in fact, there are many Saints you can celebrate each day that can be recognized within the faith. However, I have selected some of the most special and my most favorite Saints and days to be recognized and celebrated, so that each month we can look forward to Liturgical Living, not as a burden, but as something fun the family can look forward to year after year in creating rich Catholic traditions!

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

"Be the example you want your child to be. Be holy, as you want your child to be holy. What a beautiful thing to let our children inspire our holiness in being the example we what them to be. Through that children are such a gift of holiness." -Ingrid Bernard

Like Saint Mother Theresa said, “Yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today, let us begin.”
